Inland Empire families are feeling the pain of cuts to healthcare and food assistance in Republicans’ Big Ugly Law and Trump’s war with Iran. I won’t stand for these reckless policies and neither will organizations like Inland SoCal United Way.
We need an urgent response to this country’s affordable housing crisis. That’s why I was proud to help pass bipartisan legislation to build more homes and lower costs for families in California and across the nation. www.cnn.com/2026/05/20/e...
Former Congressman Barney Frank was a trailblazer and fierce advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and the people of Massachusetts. Our country is a better place because of his commitment to public service, justice and equality. He will be missed.
Whether it’s a car accident or a wildfire, it’s crucial that our police and fire departments have the resources they need to keep us safe. I’m proud to deliver over $1 million for the City of Rancho Cucamonga to improve emergency response, public safety and collaboration between first responders.
I am heartbroken by the news of the shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego and I am praying for those affected. Islamophobia has no place in this country. We must recommit to rooting out all forms of hatred and violence.
Hardworking Californians are already struggling to afford groceries, healthcare and utilities, and now it’s even more expensive to fill up your gas tank thanks to Trump’s war with Iran. Working people are paying the price for Trump’s reckless war of choice.
Trump just admitted what we’ve known all along: he doesn’t care how his war with Iran is hurting working Americans’ wallets.
Trump on Iran War: Reporter: What extent are Americans’ financial situation motivating you to make a deal? Trump: Not even a little bit. I don't think about Americans’ financial situation
Costs are skyrocketing and people across the country are struggling to make ends meet. Yet instead of funding healthcare and food assistance, Republicans want to spend $1 BILLION in taxpayer dollars on Trump’s ballroom. Make it make sense.
Happy Mother’s Day to all of the moms, grandmas and caregivers in the Inland Empire and around the country! Thank you for all of your love, guidance and strength
Each year, Inland Empire students submit their art for the annual Congressional Art Competition. I was proud to spend time with this year’s winners and honor them for their creativity, passion and talent.
All animals in the Inland Empire deserve the proper care and attention they need to be healthy and happy. I’m excited to deliver $2 million for San Bernardino County to build an animal shelter in Bloomington to give more pets homes and improve public safety.
