Next up in our #AANHPI Heritage Month spotlight is CAPAC Whip @bera.house.gov, who represents California’s 6th District in Sacramento County—one of the most diverse districts in the state.
Let’s remember that unity. Let’s practice kindness, civility and see one another for who we are — Americans who believe in the greatness and promise of our country.

Shout-out to our #EndALZ advocate, Barbara, who was officially recognized by @bera.house.gov on the U.S. House of Representative's floor for her extraordinary efforts on behalf of the 720,000 Californians and 7 million Americans living with #Alzheimers disease. @alzimpact.bsky.social

I’m standing by and ready to vote NO on this legislation.

President Trump is wrong when he says that his bill only cuts “waste, fraud and abuse” from Medicaid.
The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office says that this bill will cut nearly $700 billion from Medicaid.
That’s millions of Americans who will lose their health care.

Nearly 14 million Americans will lose their health care if this gets signed into law.
This bill does not “save” Medicaid. It breaks it.
