Great to help launch Washington’s first-ever electric fire truck in Redmond today! I secured $1 million for two trucks that will be shared between Redmond & Bellevue. This exciting project will help improve public safety while reducing carbon emissions.

Trump illegally purged the independent watchdogs at a swath of federal agencies last night who root out taxpayer waste, fraud, & abuse in the government. He will replace them with loyalists who will turn a blind eye to corruption at the cost of your tax dollars.
The White House late Friday fired the independent inspectors general of at least 12 major federal agencies in a purge that could clear the way for President Donald Trump to install loyalists in the crucial role of identifying fraud, waste and abuse in the government.
