What could we do with the $12B Trump spent on the first week of war with Iran?
- Housing help for ~1 million Americans
- Lower prescription drug costs
- Fund national parks for 3+ years
- Give Pell grants to 1.6 million students
- Pay the salaries of 100,000+ teachers and nurses

Denying promotions of individual officers based on their race or gender would betray every principle of merit-based service that military officers uphold. It would also violate federal law.
I am demanding answers from SecDef Hegseth & the Pentagon.
We need to know how much energy data centers use – and if YOU are subsidizing the costs of Big Tech companies.
Making this data public is the bare minimum.
That’s why I just introduced a bipartisan bill to limit stock buybacks in defense contracting.
In the middle of an affordability crisis driven by Donald Trump, Trump is killing a plan that lowers student loan costs. It's shameful.

He says he wants to bring meritocracy back to our military. He says he has our warfighters' backs.
But here he is, the most unqualified SecDef in history, denying troops a promotion that their fellow warfighters decided they've earned.
Hegseth is a disgrace to our heroes.
It’s bad enough that Kevin Warsh would be Trump’s sock puppet on the Fed.
But did you know he was one of the architects of the 2008 Wall Street bailouts? Handing billions to the big banks while families lost their homes.
Americans can’t afford to let Warsh repeat his failures.
Republicans in Congress want to cut Americans' health care to pay for more war in Iran.
Let that sink in.
It’s a big problem when military leaders won't engage with a question about how Trump has changed his reasons for why we're at war with Iran.
I have questions for MrBeast.
That’s just my two cents.
Donald Trump campaigned on avoiding foreign wars and lowering costs “on day one.”
His promises are now in tatters.
He should end this war today.
Today, I'm introducing my wealth tax — and more than 50 members of Congress are joining me.
It’s time for the government to start working for American families, not just the ultra-rich.
In the richest nation on Earth, child care shouldn't be a privilege reserved for only the wealthy.
That's why today @murray.senate.gov and I are launching a new working group to write landmark legislation to deliver affordable child care for every family.
Let's get this done.
