Those looking for lower prices may not like what's coming.
Economists are predicting higher inflation, higher interest rates, and diminished economic growth with President-elect Trump's new policies.

Thank you @GovernorShapiro for taking decisive action to help support @SEPTA and the millions of riders who rely on it across southeastern Pennsylvania.
SEPTA reduces air pollution & traffic congestion even for those who don’t use it!

Trump won a clear and convincing victory. But he and his allies are trying to pump it up into a "landslide," which it was not. With 49.997% of the vote, he fell short of a majority and his 1.6-point margin of victory is the third smallest since the 19th century. www.nytimes.com/2024/11/22/u...

Not sure people realize just how close Democrats were to taking control of the House. ~10K votes or so = the difference between Mike Johnson holding the speaker’s gavel and Hakeem Jeffries.
Trillions in taxes and spending likely hinged on those votes. Maybe >$100,000,000 *per marginal vote.*
Thank you @LaSalleUniv!
I am proud to be an alum of La Salle University and to represent my alma mater in Congress.

I'm proud to cosponsor the resolution to commemorate today as Transgender Day of Remembrance. jayapal.house.gov/2024/11/20/j...
This #TransgenderDayofRemembrance, I join in remembering and mourning all trans people taken from us in acts of violence.
The recent hate we’ve seen from some of my colleagues is a reminder that our fight against anti-transgender discrimination and violence is far from over.
Happy Birthday President Biden!
Thank you for your lifelong service and steadfast leadership. From historic infrastructure investments to lowering health care costs, your work has made and continues to make a real difference in the lives of the American people.

You'd think they'd have some shame about robbing the poor to reward the rich, but it's their only plan!! They are proud!
Republicans want children to be hungry and sicker so long as they can make the wealthy even wealthier.
Believe them!

HBD, President Biden!!
🎂🎂🎂
From a roaring economic recovery to lowering drug prices, a small business boom, saving millions of pensions, and so much more, having your back has been the honor of a lifetime.
Onward for the people! 🥳
I was proud to support Rep. Hakeem Jeffries for another term as the House Democratic Leader.
Leader Jeffries is the right person to lead the charge in fighting for the American people and will continue to put #PeopleOverPolitics in the 119th Congress.
Anyone seeking the job of Attorney General, the nation's top law enforcement officer, should be FULLY vetted.
I co-signed this letter urging the House Ethics Committee to release the Gaetz report immediately! This should not be a partisan issue: casten.house.gov/media/press-...
As a member of the Congressional Equality Caucus, I'll stand with Rep.-elect McBride and our CEC colleagues against discrimination and hate.

Robbing the poor to reward the wealthy is Republicans ONLY play.
They have no new ideas, no plans to help you, only to make the wealthy even wealthier.
