That’s just some of what these massive corporations and billionaires are getting for cutting a check for Trump’s ballroom.
If it looks like pay-to-play corruption, that's because it is. My committee has been investigating this for months, and we will hold everyone accountable.
This level of corruption is unreal.
While working families struggle to get by, Trump's biggest donors are cashing in. Billions in federal contracts, investigations quietly dropped, and federal lawsuits abandoned.
I'm working to lower childcare costs, expand pre-K, and support working families. On the Flip Side, House Republicans are playing political games and manufacturing another excuse to punish states they don’t agree with.
Childcare is a necessity–not a luxury. I’ll keep fighting for real solutions.

This is big! We finally passed a War Powers Resolution, bringing us a step closer to ending Trump's war in Iran.
This illegal war has cost lives, raised energy prices, and thrown the world into chaos. Enough.
Now it's the Senate's turn to pass it -- let's get this done.
I always appreciate the opportunity to hear directly from parents and families in our community.
This week, I met with Parent Voices members from Marin and Sonoma to discuss childcare, early education, and the challenges families are facing. Thanks to everyone who joined us!
I got a response from the Trump admin on its Potter Valley Project water grab scheme. No real answers, no credible plan – really nothing more than a political rant that ducks and deflects. It’s ridiculous, and I won't sit by and let them steal water from Northern California communities.
Thank you to the Marin County Bar Association for a great discussion about the state of our democracy, defending the rule of law, and the road ahead. With the corrupt Trump administration, conversations like these with engaged community members are more important than ever.
These folks’ stories inspire my work in Congress. As Trump and Republicans keep slashing essential services, I’m fighting to protect programs that keep seniors healthy and connected. Thanks to the staff and volunteers who make Meals on Wheels possible. www.sfgate.com/news/bayarea...
Yesterday, I joined Vivalon for a Meals on Wheels delivery in San Rafael, where I got to meet with Marin seniors who rely on this program and see firsthand how important it is.

California’s Primary Election is next Tuesday – now's the time to make your plan to submit your ballot at a drop box, visit an early voting site, or vote on election day. Information on your voting options can be found here at the CA Secretary of State’s website. www.sos.ca.gov/elections/po...
I’m relieved that my constituents and all U.S. citizens have been released from Israeli detention. But the State Department was less than helpful and going forward must take these incidents much more seriously. Secretary Rubio must push to end Israel’s blockade of humanitarian aid entering Gaza.
A laughably absurd argument, but consistent with their pattern of ignoring Congress.
They'll pull at any straw they can find to build Trump's stupid vanity projects.
Trump is handing out $1.8 billion in taxpayer dollars to domestic terrorists who tried to overthrow our democracy. His loyalty is with billionaires and anyone willing to commit crimes for him.
This is as corrupt as it gets.
(2/2) I’m calling on Secretary Rubio and the State Department to ensure their safety and fair treatment. The U.S. has an obligation to protect Americans abroad, and my team and I are working to safely get them home.
(1/2) Three of my constituents from the Spring 2026 Global Sumud Flotilla have reportedly been detained by the Israeli navy in international waters while attempting to deliver humanitarian aid to civilians in Gaza.
This weekend, Trump is trying to rededicate America as a "Christian Nation". How about we rededicate ourselves back to reality?
250 years ago, our founders created America to be free from religion. And my colleagues in the Freethought Caucus have the receipts.
