We’re not even halfway through the year and my team has returned over $1 million back into the pockets of constituents.
If you need help with social security backpay, VA benefits or other federal agencies, head to hoyle.house.gov/services/hel... and submit a casework request.
2/ It was great meeting more Oregonians and hearing your concerns, we take them seriously and will bring them back to DC.
1/ This week I joined @wyden.senate.gov at three town halls in Coos, Curry and Douglas County. We discussed everything from bringing more good paying-jobs to Oregon to affordable healthcare, the Port of Coos Bay and everything in between.
This medal is long overdue. In over 50 years of service to the military, Dave demonstrated great courage and patriotism.
@wyden.senate.gov and I had the honor of presenting Lieutenant Colonel David Gauntlett a Bronze Star with a V. During his service in Vietnam, he manned a radio Jeep and was the only source of communication for air support during an attack. His bravery saved lives.
As we reach the end of Mental Health Awareness Month, I stood with my Mental Health Caucus colleagues to reaffirm that mental health is just as important as physical health.
If you or a loved one is experiencing a mental health crisis you can call 988 for support.
Yesterday I joined the Roseburg community in remembering and honoring our fallen heroes. Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
Today we honor the service members in Oregon and around the country who gave their lives and made the ultimate sacrifice.
This Memorial Day, we remember their bravery and recommit ourselves to protecting the freedoms and democracy they fought to defend.

Next week I’ll be joining Senator Wyden at three town halls in Curry, Coos and Douglas country. Stop by to share your concerns and talk with us about the issues most important to you. More details below:
The American people deserve better and we will never agree to this corrupt payoff scheme.
While your family struggles to pay bills, the President is making you pay for his slush fund to pay off people who were convicted of attempting to to foment an insurrection of our duly elected gov’t and who assaulted our law enforcement officers. This is wrong on so many levels.
From Capitol tours to passport assistance, military academy nominations and everything in between, my office is here to help. Head to hoyle.house.gov/services for more details!
After over 80 days, we had another opportunity to end this immoral and unconstitutional war. Instead, Republican leadership postponed the vote because they knew it would pass.
The Constitution is clear: only Congress has the power to declare war.
Roads, bridges, infrastructure and worker safety shouldn’t be a partisan issue.
We’re getting something good done today in the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. I’ll keep you posted. @transportdems.bsky.social
Workers should not have to wait years after forming a union to get a contract and employers cannot be allowed to drag the process out when fair wages, improved working conditions and hours are on the line. Let’s get this passed. #unionstrong
Sending a huge congratulations to the Eugene Emergency Physicians on their hard-earned contract with PeaceHealth.
We won this battle in Oregon but there’s no national law that prohibits the corporate ownership and practice of medicine. That needs to change. @oregonnursesassoc.bsky.social
