To my immigrant neighbors:
You are valued, you are seen, and you belong.
I celebrate with you in joyous times and fight alongside you in difficult times. You are not alone..

A vast majority of Americans want Kristi Noem gone.
I’ve listened to the people’s outcry for change. I’m impeaching Secretary Noem to end her reign of terror. She has got to go.
Who runs the world?💅🏾
Galentine’s edition with @repbonnie.bsky.social and @repyvetteclarke.bsky.social. I am honored to call these incredible women my friends.
Happy Galentine’s Day to all the ladies out there!
I’ll keep fighting to protect our communities from climate harm & the polluters risking our health.
Donald Trump just fully dismantled the Endangerment Finding.
I think about my grandbabies in moments like this. They deserve clean air and a livable future, not the fallout of reckless environmental rollbacks.
I convened today’s hearing to confront what ICE has become under Secretary Noem’s command: a Gestapo police force.
Republicans handed ICE a $75B blank check in taxpayer money, and now those same taxpayers are being terrorized.
I am impeaching Secretary Kristi Noem. Accountability cannot wait.
A Border Patrol agent shot a woman 5 times in Chicago.
Commander Greg Bovino’s reaction: “In light of your excellent service in Chicago, you have much left to do!”
Another agent called him a legend.
DHS agents don’t just disregard human life; they take joy in shooting people.
Founded 117 years ago today, the NAACP has stood at the forefront of justice and positive change.
I’m grateful to all chapters that continue the work, pushing our nation closer to its promise for all.
President Trump’s Commerce Secretary, Howard Lutnick, visited Epstein’s island… with his wife and kids.
When will the DOJ finally release all the Epstein Files and hold powerful men accountable?

This morning, I am leading a hearing with @HouseDemocrats.bsky.social about ICE’s reign of terror in our communities.
Tune in and hear testimonies from witnesses who have been impacted by Secretary Noem’s rogue agents, who have caused violence, death, and chaos.
Accountability cannot wait.
36 years ago, Nelson Mandela walked out of prison after 27 years, a reminder that no system of oppression is permanent when met by unyielding courage.
As we continue the fight for justice & equality here at home, we draw strength from his legacy. Progress is never easy, but it is always possible.
For too long, the gun industry has operated without accountability while our communities pay the price. I’m fighting to change that.

My Firearm Safety Act finally applies consumer safety standards to guns, like:
Warning labels.
Recalls on defective firearms.
The same basic protections applied to other dangerous products.
Guns should be sold responsibly. Period. .
⬇️
My Responsible Firearms Marketing Act cracks down on gun companies that advertise guns to kids, glorify violence, and encourage illegal use of weapons.
No industry should profit by marketing deadly weapons to kids—especially when guns are the number one killer of kids.
⬇️
The gun industry profits off gun violence. I’m taking the fight to their pocketbooks.
I’ve introduced two bills to hold the gun industry accountable.
One tackles dangerous marketing, particularly to kids.
The other sets basic safety standards like recalls on defective guns

This evening, House Republicans will try to make it harder to vote.
Their SAVE America Act would block millions of eligible Americans from voting—unless the state hands over their voter rolls to Secretary Noem at DHS. This is voter suppression, plain and simple.
I’m a HELL NO.
More than 70,000 people are held in inhumane ICE detention centers.
Over 52,000 have no criminal convictions.
Due process is being ignored.
I am working with @HouseDemocrats.bsky.social to impeach Secretary Kristi Noem for her role in this abuse of power.
This fight is not over.
Pam Bondi is testifying on the Hill today, & she has a lot to answer for. The DOJ says the Epstein case is over.
But survivors know better.
Bondi released files that exposed victims while shielding the perpetrators.
I stand with survivors in demanding full accountability, answers, & the truth.
Pam Bondi refused to apologize to Epstein survivors standing right behind her. Instead, she laughed and called it “theatrics.”
She released Epstein Files that exposed survivors’ identities—and instead protected pedophiles.
If not an apology, we will force answers & accountability.
