Trump has now spent $30 BILLION on the Iran War—enough to extend ACA healthcare tax credits (which he let expire) for the ENTIRE YEAR.
Republicans tell you there isn’t enough money for your healthcare while they spend a billion dollars a day on their war. The WRONG priorities!
Reposted byRep. Jim McGovern
McGovern: He’s doing nothing to make healthcare more accessible. They say we don’t have the money—but we have a billion dollars a day to blow on this crazy war. I don’t think he gives a shit about the American people. Gas prices are skyrocketing, and he’s golfing.
Even Republican Senators now agree: MAGA is responsible for the DHS shutdown.
Trump is in charge. Republicans run both chambers of Congress. Their incompetence & failure to govern is making your life harder. That’s the exact opposite of what government is supposed to be about.
Kennedy: "Democrats offered to open up everything but ICE. Ted and I said, 'Ok, let's accept,' then at the same time we'd offer a bill for reconciliation where we don't need any D votes. That way we're out of the shutdown and DHS is back open. Thune submitted that to Trump. He said, 'No. No deals.'"
It’s Republicans that are blocking funding for TSA, FEMA, and other agencies that keep us safe. Why? Because they want even more money for ICE—the agency that already has a $75 billion slush fund and is terrorizing communities & executing Americans in the streets.
Not content with allowing his secret police to execute American citizens in the streets, now Trump wants them patrolling our airports. Unhinged and indefensible.
Honored to visit the Sri Lakshmi Temple in Ashland—a spiritual, cultural, and community hub for Hindu families across Massachusetts!
Folks here are dedicated to the pursuit of peace, which our world desperately needs right now. Thanks for having me!
If it weren’t for Trump, airport lines would be shorter. TSA agents would get paid. FEMA would be ready to respond to natural disasters.
Trump rejected a deal proposed by REPUBLICANS because he’d rather keep it all shut down than hold his secret police at ICE accountable.
Thank you @WhipKClark.bsky.social for hosting the 7th stop of my #EndHungerNow Tour at Hosmer Elementary School in Watertown! My bill—the Healthy Meals Help Kids Learn Act— will help fund scratch cooked local meals in every school across the country, like the ones we enjoyed today!
It hasn’t even been 24 hours, and Trump’s rogue secret police force is already kidnapping American citizens from our airports. This is not what a free country looks like.
⏰HAPPENING SOON: @whipkclark.bsky.social & I, joined by local school nutrition champions, will speak live at approximately 11:45am from Hosmer Elementary School in Watertown on the 7th stop of my statewide #EndHungerNow tour!

We should all be terrified of the world this Administration is creating—a world where dictators, war criminals & billionaires rule supreme while working people get screwed & killed in reckless wars of choice.
Beyond disgusting. How many times will Donald Trump and Pete Hegseth disrespect and dishonor our fallen heroes and their grieving families?
Great to attend Mrs. Johnson’s class at North High in Worcester! We spoke about the future of this country, the war in Iran, ICE and the importance of public service.
These students give me hope—I’m confident we’re in good hands with these young leaders paving the way for a brighter future!
In the span of just 20 days, Trump’s immoral, illegal war has gone from “very complete” to “we need another $200 billion.”
Trump’s indefensible, immoral, and reckless war of choice has MAGA once again spreading insane lies. Their BS is an insult to our intelligence.
I’m calling it out.
How about ending the war they started that’s sending gas prices up? That seems like a good place to look…
My Republican colleagues love to talk about the national debt, but have NOTHING to say about the fact that we’re sending $1 BILLION a day to the Middle East on Trump’s reckless war of choice with Iran. Their hypocrisy is astounding.
Reminder: Trump’s Big Ugly Bill added more to the national debt than any other single piece of legislation in history—all so Bezos can buy another mega yacht.
