Now? Nearly a TENTH of Americans enrolled in ACA plans have dropped their insurance after costs rose last year.
House Democrats remain ready to protect affordable care & put our communities first.
It's been months & Trump & Congressional Republicans still haven’t unveiled their "healthcare plan.”
Why? Because there isn't one.
Trump’s friends using ICE to deport their exes is further proof that (i) these people are all sick, (ii) ICE needs to be abolished and (iii) never date or marry MAGA.
Proud to be a partner in Congress to make sure our businesses have the resources they need to stay open and thrive. If you need small business assistance, reach out to our office at (201) 309-0301.

Grateful to have Jill Katz and friends in DC leading a CPR training session.
After the loss of their daughter, Sarah Katz, Sarah’s parents have turned their grief into advocacy - working to prevent future tragedies by promoting CPR education and empowering others to save lives.
I’m grateful that New Jersey is taking legal action to stop ICE’s Roxbury warehouse plan.
I’ve been fighting to stop ICE from tearing families apart since my first day in Congress and I’m not stopping now. Add your voice to the fight here: menendez.house.gov/stop-ices-nj...
Wishing everyone celebrating a joyous Eid al-Fitr!
We hope this day brings happiness, peace, and time spent with family and loved ones.
Eid Mubarak!
Five-year-old Liam Ramos is the real face of the people being taken from our communities.
Our fight continues until this national nightmare ends and Liam - and children like him - are able to stay in the only country they’ve ever known.
Parents are struggling to afford childcare and too many Americans don’t have access to paid family leave.
My Dads Caucus colleagues and I are in the fight with so many of you to change that
During Mayor Bollwage’s tenure, Elizabeth has become a national leader in land revitalization.
I'm proud to partner with him in Congress to fight for federal funding to make our communities work for those we have the privilege of representing. Thanks for stopping by while you were in DC!
The SAVE America Act would disenfranchise voters across our country AND is yet another blatant attempt by Republicans to interfere in our elections.
If Republicans have to run on their failed policies in free and fair elections - they lose.
The affordability crisis is getting worse, the President is waging a war the public does not support and Republicans want to act as if everything is fine.
It’s not and I let them know why.
That's why I introduced legislation to crack down on toll evasion, ban devices used to avoid tolls and strengthen enforcement. People who follow the rules shouldn't have to lose out because others refuse to pay their fair share.
When people evade tolls, it means less funding to fix roads, improve public transit, and invest in the infrastructure our communities rely on.
This is CRAZY TALK even for TRUMP. He was rejected by our MOST important allies because they KNOW this is a WAR of CHOICE. Time for the cabinet to invoke the TWENTY-FIFTH amendment.
The Trump Admin is saying out loud what should be obvious to all Americans: Trump doesn’t care about you or easing the affordability crisis. In fact, it’s “the last of [their] concerns.”
Meanwhile House Democrats are ready to lower costs and make government work for you.
