It will never be far enough for Trump.
His Admin has an insatiable appetite to detain immigrants & tear families apart.
We can never forget that we are a nation of immigrants. And everyone in our communities deserves to be treated with fairness & dignity.
Republicans need to stop covering for Trump & start working with House Democrats to bring justice & healing to Epstein's victims.
The emails that Oversight Democrats just released on Trump & Epstein's relationship are deeply disturbing.
Release the files.
Will Republicans support an amendment to protect healthcare for millions of Americans? Or will they again fail to meet the urgency of this moment?
Pro-worker transportation policies are vital to keeping our transit workers & communities safe.
That's why I joined my Labor Caucus colleagues in urging Congress to prioritize upholding labor standards in any upcoming transportation bill. 💪
This is heartbreaking.
Yet another horrific example of why Trump’s mass crusade against our immigrant friends and neighbors are making our communities less safe.
This is not who we are as a nation of immigrants - we can and must do better.
It's time to end these harmful practices and restore transparency and trust in our neighborhoods.
ICE’s intimidation tactics are tearing families apart and spreading fear across our communities.
Rep. Dan Goldman and I are calling on DHS to hold ICE officers accountable when they fail to identify themselves during arrests.
If you or your family ever need help with your VA benefits or assistance with another federal agency, please call us at (201) 309-0301.
📍Celebrating our Veterans in Elizabeth
This #VeteransDay, I was honored to celebrate and express my deepest gratitude to the brave individuals who have served and sacrificed for our country. Your bravery and dedication will never be forgotten. Thank you for your service.
A Republican shutdown won't stop our team from serving you.
Elizabeth - Congress is coming to your corner to help with casework, passports, and anything else you need from a federal agency. We hope to see you there!
📍 Celebrating 25 years of BAPS JC in Hudson County
🙌 Honored to join so many of our neighbors last night as we celebrate 25 years of BAPS and their incredible mark on our community. Grateful to be a part of this special occasion and I look forward to all that is ahead.
My statement on the retirement of my dear friend and colleague, @repbonnie.bsky.social:
This feels like the Republican Party speaking to its future self while they exacerbate the affordability crisis by cutting trillions from healthcare and passing the largest cut to SNAP in the program’s history.
All Americans deserve access to affordable, quality healthcare. Full stop.
This deal doesn’t deliver the results that Americans are rightfully demanding and if it comes to the House, I will be a hard no. I have and will continue to hold the line - no matter what.
Thanks to everyone - including all of the veteran organizations - who made today such a success.
📍Inaugural Veterans Day parade in Bayonne
🙌 Incredible day honoring and thanking our veterans and their families who have sacrificed so much for our country. Our office will always make sure that our veterans receive the care and support they deserve.
Trump is causing an immense amount of confusion and harm to the over 800,000 New Jerseyans who rely on SNAP benefits.
His Administration is using every opportunity to take food assistance away from hungry families. House Democrats will keep fighting back to protect our communities.
📍Proud to support NY-NJ Harbor Estuary’s vital work to protect our waterways
💧🌿 Grateful to join leaders and scientists to discuss how we can safeguard our shared waters and build a more sustainable future for New Jerseyans for generations to come.
