I am excited to announce that my State of the Union guest will be Emmett Fisher! Emmett is a Wisconsin farmer whose federal support has been frozen by Trump. I spoke with him last week at a town hall and look forward to seeing him again in Washington tomorrow. More to come…
Is Trump backing Putin because he admires dictators or because Russia has dirt on him?
Even their AI admits it.

This week, every Wisconsin Republican in the House voted to gut federal funding for BadgerCare, putting thousands of seniors across the state at risk of losing their health care.
Donald Trump and House Republicans promised to lower costs for American families. They lied.
Always a pleasure to show our nation’s capital to students from the district!
Honored to have earned a perfect score on the League of Conservation Voters 2024 #LCVScorecard! I’ll keep fighting in Congress to defend:
✅ Clean energy investments
✅ Clean air & water
✅ Our public lands
✅ Environmental justice
In March, we celebrate Women’s History Month, a month dedicated to honoring trailblazing women and the many contributions women have made to our society. I’m honored to serve alongside two of these trailblazers, Senator Tammy Baldwin and Representative Gwen Moore.
As Co-Chair of the @laborcaucus.bsky.social, I met with @afscme.bsky.social (American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees) President Lee Saunders to discuss the illegal firings of our civil servants and to strategize how we can fight back.
I led a letter with @repherbconaway.bsky.social and signed by 136 colleagues to the Department of Labor demanding answers.
It is completely unacceptable for Elon Musk to access the Department of Labor's internal data system while his companies are being investigated for union busting. Raises serious concerns of corruption and conflict of interest.
This week, the House GOP passed a bill to start a process to transfer trillions of dollars of wealth from the middle class to the ultra-wealthy while slashing programs like Medicaid. I break it down in this video.

Musk and Trump just fired over a dozen employees at Madison's local VA.
Two out of touch billionaires who have never served in uniform slashing an agency that serves our nation’s veterans.
This will mean slower services and longer wait times. Our vets deserve better.
Ooof, Tesla stock down nearly 30% in the past month. Elon Musk, please reply with approx. 5 bullet points of what you accomplished last week. Deadline is this Monday at 11:59EST.
I am a cosponsor of the Taxpayer Data Protection Act, which would prevent people like Elon Musk from unlawfully accessing your personal info. We need just three House Republicans to get it passed. Let’s put the pressure on them!
I said it once and I’ll say it again. F*CK Donald Trump and Elon Musk.
To all of our civil servants: I hear you and I’m with you. Your only fireable offense is trying to serve the American people. We’re going to organize and fight back.

Social security is YOUR damn money. YOU paid into it. When out-of-touch billionaires like Trump and Elon take a machete to the folks that send out your checks, your money gets delayed. prospect.org/health/socia...
Trump and Musk halted Dairy Business Innovation Initiatives payments to Wisconsin farmers and dairy businesses without explanation.
@repgwenmoore.bsky.social and I sent a letter to USDA Secretary Rollins to demand an explanation of their actions and immediate restoration of this essential support.

My Republican colleagues voted to cut Medicaid, SNAP, crop insurance for farmers, and public education for kids.
