Democrats have been working to eliminate corporations in the single-family housing market. I suggest the President checks the End Hedge Fund Control of American Homes Act that @merkley.senate.gov Senate.

The shooting of a civilian in Minneapolis earlier today by ICE is horrific. My team and I are tracking the situation closely. Initial reports are incredibly disturbing and we need a thorough investigation of the officer's actions
There is no tangible evidence for removing these effective childhood vaccines and further endangers the public health of Americans.
Those removed vaccinations are rooted in scientific research, have protected millions of kids from hospitalizations, and have prevented hundreds of thousands of deaths. This decision threatens the wellbeing of children across the nation.
Earlier this week, the Center For Disease Control and Prevention declared a new childhood vaccination schedule, removing 6 vaccinations.
I joined @ms.now to discuss U.S. relations with Venezuela.

Rep. Smith: What is Donald Trump's policy in the Western Hemisphere? He has threatened Colombia, he's threatened Cuba, he's threatened Greenland, he's threatened Panama, he's threatened Canada. He wants to be sort of emperor of the Western Hemisphere.

Rep. Smith: The Trump administration doesn't think that the law applies to them. They think they can do what they want when they want, whether it's lying to Congress, sending troops into US cities, slapping tariffs on people, using the DOJ to persecute their adversaries, ignoring court rulings
I joined NewsNation to discuss President Trump's actions in Venezuela.
I spoke with @msnowreports.bsky.social about the Trump administration's regime change efforts in Venezuela.
Disagreement is an essential part of democracy, but it must be expressed through peaceful, nonviolent discussion to achieve compromise and meaningful change. We must work each day to ensure that our country never again experiences a day like January 6.
Though five years have passed since this assault on our democracy, the threat to it remains. Hatred, bigotry, extremism, and violence continue to spread, and unless we act now—and act together—these forces will destroy our great nation.
I thank the dedicated and brave U.S. Capitol Police officers who faithfully protected our institution, some of whom paid the ultimate price in service to our country. Their patriotism is remembered and honored today.
Five years ago, a mob of extremists attacked the United States Capitol in an attempt to derail our nation’s democracy. The insurrection of January 6 serves as a stark reminder of the importance of the peaceful transfer of power and the principles which American governance is rooted.
Thanks to City of Pacific Mayor Vic Kave for meeting with me today to talk through the aftermath of the atmospheric river floods last month. Mayor Kave and I remain dedicated to helping our community recover from the floods and our teams will continue to be in contact to support our constituents.

Rep. Smith: Trump has decided that the US has the right to remove another country's president by force when we feel like it. That has enormous implications for the Western Hemisphere, but also for Russia and China. What do we say to Putin if he says, 'I'm going to go in and remove Zelenskyy?'
