At $23 for a bale of hay—our farmers and ranchers are facing a perfect storm!
From the cost of diesel, to drought, to tariffs, to cuts to basic food programs—our communities are struggling. That’s why I’m here to take a stand on the Farm Bill for New Mexico this week!

The Epstein Files…
Another huge week in Congress. ⬇️
New Mexico is making waves! 🎉
So proud to pass our Albuquerque Indian School land transfer and Downwinder bills out of committee unanimously this past week!
This is what getting it done for NM looks like!
“Totally exonerated”…..riiiiight. 👀

Another week in D.C. fighting for New Mexico! From passing two bills out of committee to meeting with our doctors, veterans, scientists, and students, to our legislators, construction trades, and conservationists—we’re so grateful to be fighting on the frontlines for NM every day! ❤️
Today, we honor and remember Virginia Roberts Giuffre on the one-year anniversary of her passing. Her courage has allowed countless survivors to be seen, heard, and to be believed. Sending love to her family on this difficult day—and to all the survivors out there still on this journey for justice.❤️
Grateful for the law enforcement and first responders on the scene at the White House Correspondents Dinner. Praying for everyone’s safety this evening. 🙏

We had some major wins this week—including killing this terrible, egregious ESA bill. Because protecting our planet, our wildlife, and the places we call home is a moral imperative.
Proud to be on the front lines with Rep. Teresa Leger Fernández!
Happy Arbor Day! 🌳
In New Mexico, our forests and public lands aren’t just beautiful—they’re essential to our water, our air, and our way of life.
We’re committed to making sure we invest in the future of our communities.
Just leaving this right here.
#25thAmendment
This week, we’re celebrating our bipartisan Explore Act—which included my bill to expand access for Veterans and people with disabilities to our public lands.
So proud and grateful to join veterans’ and disability advocates to talk about the importance of this work!
Calling all high school artists in NM-01! 🎨

Not only is the President’s Budget Proposal COMPLETELY morally bankrupt. It will also bankrupt the American people.
Ghislaine Maxwell abused young women & girls alongside Epstein for years. As young as 14. In multiple states. Convicted in a federal court.
She belongs behind bars.
I’m beyond disgusted that any of our colleagues would suggest a pardon. The real question is why has no one else been convicted?
Why are Republicans trying to pass another Big Ugly Bill 2.0 in the DARK OF NIGHT to fund ICE?
Here’s why ⬇️
Democrats offered amendments to use this money to fund health care, school meals, childcare, and reverse Republican cuts to SNAP and food assistance. Republicans blocked Every. Single. One.
The Big Ugly Bill 2.0 will now come to the House. As you know, I am a HELL NO.
(2/2)
‼️ Last night while you were sleeping, Senate Republicans passed a blank check of $70 BILLION dollars to fund ICE (with ZERO reforms added).
(1/2)
The GOP is trying to rebrand kickbacks for billionaires and big corporations, passed on the backs of the American people as a resolution for rural America.
I’m sorry, you don’t have a branding problem. YOU HAVE A POLICY PROBLEM. ⬇️
From serving as the first Black Chairman of the House Ag Committee in US history, to being a champion for land grant universities and veterans, his lifetime of service on behalf of the people of Georgia will forever live on.
Keeping his family, friends, staff, and community in our prayers 🙏
