It’s time for Kash Patel to step down or be removed. Period.
Last week was Black Maternal Health Week & stories like Josseli Barnica’s remind us that our work is far from over.
From joining legislation like @underwood.house.gov’s Momnibus, to partnering with community organizations in New Mexico, I am committed to ending this crisis. Our moms deserve better.
We live to fight another day! A victory tonight—as we killed a backroom deal Johnson and the WH cut to extend FISA authority for five more years. Dropped in the middle of the night.
We killed it on the Floor. But, it will be back. So we must keep fighting!
🚨FISA VOTE TONIGHT! 🚨 While you are sleeping, Republicans plan to jam a bill through the House tonight allowing the Admin to spy and collect data for the next FIVE YEARS.
No warrants REQUIRED. No real assurances a shady AG, FBI, or DNI director will follow the law. I am a NO!
Here again—possibly late night—as the GOP spirals over whether or not to extend the authority of our spy agencies without guardrails to protect Americans. Here’s what’s happening. ⬇️
Happy Arab American Heritage Month!
Honored to celebrate with so many distinguished leaders from across the country and to celebrate the languages, cultures, histories, art, music, and heritage of our Arab American communities! 💕
Release. The. Files.
It’s clear the Epstein class is still trying to cover their tracks—using the same playbook they always have: discredit, dismiss, and intimidate the survivors.
Mr. President, it’s time to comply with the law and answer to your own accusers.
END. THE WAR. NOW.
No more lives lost.
No more troops sent.
No more billions spent.
No more endless wars.
Pass our War Powers Resolution and end this madman’s war now.
End. This. War. NOW.
Why do we have lawmakers in Congress who are willing to hold fellow members of Congress accountable for sexual assault but not a President?
Save the Boundary Waters. 🌲
We must vote to extend Temporary Protected Status to Haitian families in danger. Trump’s decision to end their protections puts lives in harm’s way.
I am grateful for @pressley.house.gov’s work to get this vote to the Floor. We will not stand by while families are being torn apart!
The Trump Admin is testing the law and our resolve in the Epstein case.
Let me be clear—no promise of pardons will stop us from holding Pam Bondi & Todd Blanche accountable.
To the survivors—know that we see you & are fighting—& while the road to justice is long, we won’t stop until we get there!
It is way past time to impeach Sec. Hegseth.
He has waged an illegal war in the Middle East, violated international law, illegally invaded Venezuela, and endangered our service members. It’s time for him to go! And we grateful to Rep. Ansari for leading the way!
No one is above the law.
For over a half century, the Clean Air Act has protected our communities and our planet. But once again, the GOP is trying to gut this critical act—as a war is raging on the Middle East and there is a madman in the White House.
Not on my watch. I will be voting a hell NO.
Today we filed legislation to invoke the 25th Amendment. Here’s what it does ⬇️
This illegal war must end. A ceasefire must include ALL parties.
Over a million people have been displaced and thousands of innocent civilians have been killed in Lebanon and throughout the Middle East.
We will move a War Powers resolution this week.
Today I joined Rep. Raskin in introducing a 25th Amendment bill to create a bipartisan commission to determine if the President is fit to serve—due to physical, mental, or other conditions.
It’s time to act. ⬇️
