After years of advocacy, the new To’Hajiilee Community School is finally becoming a reality! Honored to help secure $90 million alongside Secretary Deb Haaland, Rep. Paulene Abeyta, Tribal leaders, educators, students, and community members who made this possible!
Go TCS Warriors! ✨
Standing with everyone in TN, AL, MS, LA, FL, SC, & others in the fight to protect voting rights in the wake of last week’s devastating decision.
We know there are difficult days ahead, but we must continue to organize & fight back in the courts, our communities, our legislatures, & in Congress.
Tuesday we will head into the belly of the beast for an Oversight hearing in Palm Beach to hear from Epstein Survivors in FL.
We won’t stop until there’s justice.
Every day, he 👏 is 👏 breaking 👏 the 👏 law.
The Supreme Court ruled his tariffs are illegal and now the International Trade Court.
This is not legit trade policy.
This is breaking the law, on the backs of the American people, who are paying for it every single day.
A truly beautiful day to celebrate the groundbreaking for the To’Hajiileee Community School with former Secretary Deb Haaland, State Rep. Paulene Abeyta, Navajo Nation leaders and members of the community! ❤️
Serious question:
Does the GOP really believe Americans want an illegal war in Iran, a billion-dollar ballroom, a $1.5 trillion defense budget, $70 billion added to the deficit, and cuts to healthcare, food assistance, and education—while Americans cannot afford housing, gas, and groceries?
We’re back on the road this morning to To’Hajiilee to celebrate the groundbreaking of their new community school! Securing $90 million for this school is one of our most meaningful wins!
Updates on Oversight yesterday with Howard Lutnick and our field hearing in Palm Beach next week with survivors.
Someone is insider trading on crude oil shorts using Iran War announcements from the White House…and making a LOT of money. You better bet we’ll be investigating ⬇️
$1 billion in YOUR tax payer dollars to fund a “East Wing Modernization Project”…
…slipped into a Trump reconciliation bill late Monday night that would give ICE a blank check til 2029.
Hell No!
Lutnick lied.

Good morning from Tomé and Valencia County! We’re back on the road this morning, meeting with local leadership and the community and hearing from all of you. If you’re out and about in Valencia, come see us! ❤️
Happy National Nurses Day! We’re honoring the nurses and health care workers who show up for NM in every corner of our state. But words aren’t enough.
That’s why I introduced the Public Health Nursing Act—to address the public health crisis and revitalize the nursing workforce in NM & our country!
Another beautiful day on the road in New Mexico!!! Thank you Roswell, Ruidoso, Mescalero, Carrizozo, Lincoln and Chaves Counties for a beautiful couple of days! 💕
Trump is trying to use a backdoor to build his ballroom through Reconciliation. Just no!
Let’s make our voices loud and clear—NO to Donald Trump’s ballroom slush fund! And, if you’re home here in New Mexico, come out and see us on our southern District Tour!
New Mexico is leading the way—because we do not wait for solutions, we create them.
From protecting our land and water to investing in our families and communities, we’re showing what we can do when we are of the people, by the people.
This is the New Mexico way! ❤️
Happy Cinco de Mayo! 🎉
We’re here in Roswell kicking off our Southern District tour! Today we visited the New Mexico Military Institute and Youth Challenge Academy and loved meeting with cadets, students, teachers and staff and hearing your hopes for the future! We’re so grateful for what you’re doing to build our future!
It’s been a whirlwind couple of weeks in Congress and we’re excited to be home—but serving all of you is what keeps us grounded and hopeful.
Through all the ups and downs, we keep showing up, fighting for New Mexico, and making sure that your voices are heard! ❤️
Back in ABQ with some exciting news!
This year our office is sponsoring a community garden at the Los Ranchos Agri-Nature Center!
Celebrating ag in our community and a home for local wildlife and some new furry friends (watch until the end!)—if you’re in the North Valley, come stop by! 👩🌾🌱❤️
Their stories hold an important lesson for us on courage and continuing to show up even when the road ahead is hard. We will get through this and we will prevail.
