So proud to join Sen. Brinks, and the MI Women's Commission for the Menopause: It’s A Movement Panel, where we highlighted the importance of funding women’s health research, making health care accessible for all, and ensuring that women feel heard in their health care decisions.
Our educators are facing tons of instability after Trump gutted the Department of Education, but Gov. Whitmer, Michigan Senate Majority Leader Brinks, and I are rock steady in our support for Michigan’s teachers and public schools.
Great to sit in on the 5th Annual Sustainable Business Policy Forum, a truly collaborative space to discuss how public policy can support clean energy, sustainable supply chains, and responsible innovation. It’s incredible to see the West Michigan spirit of innovation in the green business space!

After failing to strike 90 trade deals in 90 days — as was promised — the President is doubling down on his reckless trade policy by imposing heightened tariff rates on nearly 70 countries. This includes an increased tariff of 35% on Canada, Michigan’s largest trading partner.
