With tariffs about to begin on gas and parts coming into the country, if you have the ability, I’d go ahead and buy an EV right now.
Our Democratic delegation (14 in House and 2 in Senate) are working together using the levers we have to pull. In the meantime, we need neighbors and communities to come together and organize!
So the needle to thread here is tiny, compared to others who won’t be in jeopardy in 2026. Also, I fundamentally believe we will run out of energy fighting in defense. We need an offensive strategy to get our country out of this crisis.
What additional action do you suggest? I have one voice and I am one vote out of 435.
I too believe Democrats should be doing 1000% more. And seeing a record turnout from neighbors at our local Dem Party meeting helps. But I am also in a district with 49% R’s and 51% D’s.
The world would be a much better place if everyone had to meet a weekly minimum time requirement with a dog on your lap.
