Crypto is here to stay. That’s why we can’t afford to wait any longer to establish guardrails that protect consumers, responsibly foster innovation and bring long-overdue transparency to this rapidly evolving industry. My statement about today’s votes on the GENIUS Act and the CLARITY Act ⬇️
Wishing a very happy birthday to @whipkclark.bsky.social! Her leadership and dedication to lifting working families up makes our Commonwealth and our country stronger. I’m lucky to serve alongside her in Congress and even luckier to call her a friend.
From now until October 30th, middle and high school students can submit their own app for a chance to be nationally recognized. Visit the link in my bio for complete rules and eligibility. I can’t wait to see what amazing ideas you’ll bring to life! #Congress4CS
🔊Calling all middle and high school coders: registration for the 2025 Congressional App Challenge is now open!
Donald Trump’s Big Ugly Bill is a DISASTER for women.
By defunding @ppfa.org clinics that offer cancer screenings, prenatal appointments and lifesaving services, millions of women across our country will be denied the care they need.
This week we got the news that no one wanted: Inflation is still causing prices to go up.
Donald Trump’s reckless trade war set this in motion, and now we’re all playing the price.
I guess we know why every single Republican in Congress voted AGAINST releasing the Epstein files yesterday.
For far too many women across the country, losing Medicaid and Planned Parenthood means losing lifesaving health care they need and deserve. Donald Trump’s big ugly law will create health care deserts for women across America.

@repbillfoster.bsky.social sounds the alarm on Trump’s attacks on science, from slashing research funding to firing our nation's top scientists and engineers. House Democrats are fighting back to protect America’s scientific leadership and keep us moving forward—not backward.
LINC’s new Advanced Innovation Facility is a testament to what we can achieve when government, industry and higher education work hand-in-hand. 🤝 I’m committed to fighting for the federal resources we need to keep the Merrimack Valley at the forefront of innovation!
By gutting Medicaid, Republicans aren’t just ripping away people’s health coverage – they’re setting off a chain reaction that will hurt EVERYONE.
Hospitals will be forced to close, ERs will be overcrowded and overwhelmed and people will die waiting for care
Can someone explain how diverting government resources to chase debunked conspiracy theories does anything to lower grocery bills or make Americans safer?

On today’s Democratic Daily Download, @reptimkennedy.bsky.social speaks out at a Western New York nursing home that will be hurt by the One Big Ugly Bill and calls on Republicans to #CancelTheCuts to Medicaid.
The fire in Fall River last night is a tragedy. My heart goes out to the victims, their families and the entire community as they grapple with this devastation.
Thank you to the firefighters and first responders whose bravery and quick action undoubtedly saved lives.
The fall of Roe has triggered a health care nightmare. Doctors are fleeing states with sloppily written abortion bans, pregnant women are left helpless, and fundamental, lifesaving care has been torn away. This cruel attack on women’s health is unacceptable.
Saying you care about Americans’ health while stripping health coverage from 17 million Americans is pure hypocrisy. The damage caused from RFK Jr.’s actions will be catastrophic – and deadly.

On today's Democratic Daily Download, @hankjohnson.house.gov marks one week since Donald Trump signed the Big, Ugly Law and explains how Republicans are making life worse for everyday Americans.
This #NationalParkandRecreationMonth, take a moment to step outside and enjoy the historic trails and beautiful green spaces that the Commonwealth has to offer. I’m proud to fight for the protection of these landmarks so future generations can explore, learn and be inspired just like we are today.
America is home to some of the most breathtaking parks and public lands in the world, and here in #MA3, we’re lucky to have two incredible national treasures: the Lowell National Historical Park and Minute Man National Historical Park!
At Donald Trump’s direction, Republicans in Congress voted to gut Medicaid.
They have no plan to prevent hospitals from closing, labor and delivery units disappearing, or millions of Americans losing their health care.
