WSJ editorial warns new Trump 'assault' will haunt America: 'Terribly damaging'
www.rawstory.com/wsj-trump-26... is vitally important to America’s progress and standing in the world. Trump should back down. He’s out of his league even if Penn let him buy his way in.
www.nytimes.com/2025/05/23/b... courage and self respect shown by these former paul weiss attorneys!!👍👏
I have repeatedly called for more humanitarian aid in Gaza and tax focus only on soldiers not civilians, not women and children, and also that the hostages be released and not harmed.Hamas needs to give up.
That’s what this tweet is about. Saw it way back when I think I was in college.

This week, Republicans tried to jam through their tax scam in the dead of night. Democrats fought back to expose this bill's cuts to Medicaid and SNAP.
In today’s Democratic Daily Download, @hakeem-jeffries.bsky.social explains how we will keep standing up for hardworking American taxpayers.
www.nytimes.com/2025/05/22/u... this hurts medical research has many of these international students are researchers and lab masters. We the people not red or blue, need the research for our health! Trump is hurting Harvard but you and me also.
Put Americans first!
They shoot horse, don’t they?
The killing of two Israeli staff members at a Jewish museum event tonight in DC is deplorable and pathetic.
The suspected killer yelled “free Palestine” and “I did it for Gaza.”
This act will not help Gaza or free Palestine.
But it ended a young and innocent couples lives.Beyond sad!
In light of the discussions in the White House with the President of South Africa:
Saddened by the loss of my friend and colleague Gerry Connolly. He was a good & decent person, a former staffer who never forgot his roots. We worked closely on foreign affairs—from the Turkey Caucus to human rights. We need more public servants like him. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

Donald Trump wants a massive military parade for his birthday—tanks, jets, 6,600 troops—all on YOUR dime.
It’s grotesque. A wannabe king playing dress-up with taxpayer dollars.
I introduced the HAPPY BIRTHDAY Budget Act to block this nonsense. If he wants a party, he can pay for it himself.

House Republicans are so ashamed of the GOP Tax Scam that they are planning a 1 AM committee meeting tonight to jam it through Congress.
In today's Democratic Daily Download, @repmcgovern.bsky.social breaks down what's in this ugly bill and what Democrats are doing to stop it.
There are a few but single digits percentages I’d guess.
Vast majority of Congress folk are honest, even if not a lot of profiles in courage lately
We’re talking about the United States of America

Trump’s budget is a disaster for seniors, kids & people with disabilities.
He’s looting Medicaid, SNAP & more to bankroll tax cuts for himself, his kids & his Mar-a-Lago pals.
Doesn't even matter if you voted for him. If you don’t make at least $400k a year, tough luck: you were never in his club.
