Here’s the truth: voter fraud is already illegal and occurs less than .0003% of the time, which means you’re more likely to be struck by a lightning bolt than for a non-citizen to try to vote in our elections.

That’s why I’ve joined @levin.house.gov and @casten.house.gov’s Energy Bills Relief Act to reinstate clean energy tax credits, provide financial assistance to American families, crack down on price gouging, and hold data centers accountable for their fair share.
This report covers my tour of every major military installation in the state, legislation we were able to get signed into law last year to support our installations, servicemembers, and military families across the state, and what we’re working on in 2026.
As the only Marylander serving on a committee or subcommittee specifically focused on defense or national security in Congress, I shared our 2025 Maryland Defense Report with leaders from MMIC and military installations across Maryland.
23 years ago, the Maryland Military Installation Council was formed to identify the infrastructure and community supports necessary to develop and expand our state’s crucial military installations – and MMIC has played a critical role in supporting our installations ever since.
I’ve signed onto a discharge petition to fund TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard without giving another penny to ICE and CBP without necessary guardrails. I will continue to fight for a bipartisan path forward that pays our crucial federal workers while holding ICE accountable.
I sat down with Admiral Pierre Vandier, the Supreme Allied Commander Transformation for NATO, to do just that. We discussed the importance of our continued joint support for Ukraine and future strategic collaboration on our ever-evolving security challenges.
