Trump canceled his meeting with Democrats—guess negotiating is harder than spreading medical misinformation. Meanwhile, families face skyrocketing healthcare costs & losing coverage. Maybe the President should try leading instead of hiding, especially when lives are on the line.
Once again, to my Republican colleagues, if you want Democratic votes for your partisan rush-job of a spending bill, include our priorities.
Protect health care & protect Congress as a separate & equal branch of government.
Those are my values & that's my price.

Republicans control the White House, Senate, and House. If the government shuts down, that's their failed leadership at work.
L'Shana Tova! Happy Rosh Hashanah to all those who celebrate.
Wishing you a sweet and hopeful 5786!

A Seattle seafood distributor has recalled more cooked and frozen shrimp sold at Kroger grocery stores across the U.S. because of ongoing concerns about potential radioactive contamination.
The party that spent 4 years crying about cancel culture is now trying to cancel those who call out Charlie Kirk's views.
Peacefully disagreeing with people isn't illegal, it's American.
By the way, where was this outrage after MN State Rep. Melissa Hortman's murder or for the Sandy Hook families?
Today, Oregon wins!
Good luck to both teams, coaches, & all the players playing in Eugene today.
Looking forward to a great game!

The American people have been clear: they want to release the Epstein Files and to finally get justice for Epstein’s victims.
Republicans BLOCKED a Senate amendment to do just that—they blocked transparency!

We’re told to budget harder, hustle more, and settle for less. Meanwhile, billionaires scoop up mansions and yachts. The system isn’t broken—it’s rigged. This is why we fight.
UPDATE: All but 3 House Republicans voted FOR the bill.
They have officially given away our CONSTITUTIONALLY DIRECTED duty to set & weigh in on tariffs through March 2026.
House Democrats all voted 'No' to help lower costs, protect small businesses, & defend the Constitution.
🚨 TARIFF UPDATE 🚨
Last night, Republicans snuck a bill into today's docket that would stop Congress from pushing back on Trump's reckless tariffs until March 2026.
These tariffs are not strategic - they are hurting small businesses, American manufacturing, & raising costs for us all.
I'm a 'No'.
Last week, I voted 'No' on giving more money to the Pentagon, just like I do every year.
Why? Because D.C. is always telling us they don't have money to help us with wildfires & homelessness, but then they somehow find TRILLIONS for foreign wars?
Yeah, I think not.

This week, I joined my colleagues in rallying to pass the the Block the Bombs Act & reiterate a simple idea: if you get American weapons, you must use them in line with our laws & international law.
We are complicit in the destruction of Gaza.
We must hold every nation to the same standard.

Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001, including 21 members of the IBEW. May we never forget their memory.

Today, we remember and honor those we lost on September 11, 2001. #NeverForget
The attempt on Charlie Kirk’s life is a disgusting act of political violence that has no place in our country.
We must reject this kind of violence in every form.
