Great to be back in Harrington today to visit DaVita Dialysis Center, which provides critical kidney care services, resources, and support to Delawareans in Kent County.
3/ They're key to strengthening our national security, growing a skilled workforce, and advancing economic opportunity for all Americans.
2/ I was grateful to join @coons.senate.gov as well as university and NIIMBL leadership today to unveil a National Security Commission on Emerging Biotechnology's report that emphasizes the growing need to invest in biotechnology and spaces like NIIMBL.
1/ Thanks to NIIMBL on the @udelaware.bsky.social STAR Campus, Delaware continues to innovate in biotechnology with safety, speed, and purpose.

Omg. This makes so much sense.
10/ We’ve made progress, but we know there’s so much more to do. I look forward to doing that work—together, Delaware.
Read more about my first 100 days in Congress here:
9/ I’m proud of all that we’ve accomplished in just 100 days—but more than anything, I am focused on delivering real results for our neighbors while reining in the worst excesses of the Trump Administration.
8/ I’ve taken on the Trump administration’s attacks on Delaware—from demanding they restore federal funding for the Delaware Manufacturing Extension Partnership, to voting against Medicaid cuts that would impact services for nearly 1 in 4 Delawareans.
7/ When the House is out of session, I travel up and down our state to meet with Delawareans, businesses, non-profits, community organizations, and more.
From Newark and Dover to Magnolia and Seaford and beyond, it’s my duty to ensure every voice in our state of neighbors is heard in Washington.
6/ Our Constituent Advocacy team has been hard at work ensuring that Delawareans get answers to their issues involving federal agencies. Thanks to their efforts, we’ve helped return more than $360,000 in backlogged benefits to almost 300 Delawareans!
5/ I’ve proudly co-sponsored over 120 bills—including 75 bipartisan bills—to protect working families, strengthen workers’ rights, and defend the vital programs that hundreds of thousands of Delawareans depend on, like Social Security and Medicaid.
4/ My second bipartisan bill, the SAVE Our Poultry Act, supports farmers whose flocks and livelihoods have been threatened by the avian flu. It responds to Delaware farmers' needs, like Mike Puglisi, who shared with me his concerns about this disease during my visit to his family farm in Middletown.
3/ I was the first freshman House Democrat to introduce a bill this Congress—the bipartisan Ending Scam Credit Repair Act, which focuses on protecting folks from predatory scam practices.
2/ From restoring funding for manufacturing to standing up for seniors and caregivers, I’ve been focused on building a government that works for the people of Delaware.
Here’s how our team has been delivering results for the greatest state in the Union ⤵️
1/ I promised I’d work with anyone who’s willing to work with me to deliver for Delawareans—and that’s exactly what I’ve done during my first 100 days in office.
Wishing a happy and peaceful Easter to everyone celebrating today in Delaware and across the country.
We in Delaware know that Medicaid isn't just a line number—it's a lifeline. I've heard from many of our neighbors about how life-threatening losing access to Medicaid would be for them. It's why I'll continue to push back against the Trump administration's efforts to gut the vital program. (2/2)
Last week, I voted against House Republicans' disastrous budget framework that would cut Medicaid to the tune of $880 billion, threatening care for 1 in 4 Delawareans. (1/2)
Our office is now accepting applications for nominations to our nation's prestigious service academies.
As a member of Congress, it's my honor to support these students in their efforts to serve our nation in uniform. The application deadline is October 15th. More info here: mcbride.house.gov.
I was proud to meet with members of LiUNA in my office recently, including a member from Delaware!
I’m focused on protecting and expanding strong union jobs in Delaware, and that means always standing up to protect workers' rights.
