The Epstein Files have dropped. I’m back in Albuquerque. And here’s what’s going on with these files. ⬇️
DOJ’s Epstein Files portal is live. We tried it and can tell you it doesn’t follow the law. Trump’s own Chief of Staff says he’s in the files. Yet, he’s not here.
The law is clear: they must release ALL of the files (including the ones with Trump) TODAY. ⬇️

This is what the law says. THIRTY days and ALL the files. Time is up. Release the Files.
All. Legal. Options. Are. On. The. Table.
Trump and the Admin are now saying they will not comply with today’s Epstein Files Transparency Act deadline. This was not a suggestion. This is the law. Our joint statement from @democrats-judiciary.house.gov and @oversightdemocrats.house.gov.
Friends, I’m on my way back to New Mexico after a disappointing end to the legislative session and have a lot to update you on.
Here’s the latest before we head into the holidays. ⬇️
The clock is ticking. Trump and his Admin have until tomorrow to release the Epstein files. Yet they still have not, and the Speaker has cancelled votes.
What are they still trying to hide?
The Speaker canceled votes tomorrow and refused to hold a vote on extending the ACA. What did my colleagues use their last remaining hours on the floor to do?
Attack healthcare for low-income LGBTQ+ kids one week from Christmas, & two weeks before millions of Americans lose support for healthcare.
The American people demand a healthcare vote now!
218 Members of Congress—including all 214 Democrats and 4 Republicans—have signed a discharge petition to force a vote on extending the ACA credits. We are calling on the Speaker to bring it to the floor now—before shutting down the House!
For over half a century, the Endangered Species Act has protected our plants and wildlife from permanent extinction on planet Earth.
We’re two days from Congress recessing for the holiday, and the GOP is trying to gut the ESA. This is Project 2025 in action, and we are fighting back!
From the Speaker refusing to allow a vote on a healthcare extension, to the WH Chief of Staff dishing on Trump & Epstein, to the Admin’s efforts to defend illegal strikes off the coast of Venezuela, & ongoing attacks on the environment, our communities, & the rule of law.

Well, it’s Tuesday night and there’s all kinds of tea here on Capitol Hill.

It’s all a lot. But, we keep showing up and doing the work. ⬇️
No family’s tragedy should ever be used as a reason for potential violence against other children. That is why I oppose H.R. 4371 and the ways in which it could be used to further abuse and traumatize immigrant children at the hands of the U.S. government.

Speaker Johnson’s decision to NOT allow a vote on ACA subsidies is a slap in the face to every American who will see their healthcare skyrocket on January 1st.
Hardworking Americans deserve healthcare that won’t send them into crisis or crippling debt. The House GOP does not seem to care.
It is with the deepest sadness but also gratitude that we honor the life of Letty Belin—a brilliant legal mind, fierce protector of our lands and waters, a mentor, and dear friend to so many of us. I am sending my love to her family and all who are mourning this extraordinary loss. 💙
Happy Monday! We’ve got a marathon week ahead of us as we race towards the upcoming holiday. Here’s what’s on tap. ⬇️
This is amazing news for our communities across NM. The behavioral health crisis is an issue we must address at every level.
I am also proud to support a first-of-its-kind regional behavioral hub in Sandoval County and multiple centers in the Albuquerque area. These new clinics will change lives!
Happy Hanukkah New Mexico! Wishing everyone a holiday filled with light, love, hope, and community. May each candle remind us of the resilience and the everyday miracles of life! Chag Sameach! 🕯️🕎❤️
I am absolutely heartbroken by the news of the violence and lives taken during the Hanukkah celebrations in Sydney.
The climate crisis is the fight of our time. But it’s also an opportunity to build a more just and resilient world for future generations.
The United States must commit to rejoining and upholding our duties as climate and clean energy leaders. But, rejoining isn’t just about committing to a cleaner future—it’s about ensuring that every community is protected and can thrive.
