Here is the thing: I don't think that affordability is a hoax, and I am going to keep working to find ways to deliver relief to your wallets.
Signing on was a no-brainer. No mother should ever be denied the lifesaving care they need during labor. Women everywhere should be able to get the maternal care they need with the dignity they deserve.

Members of Congress have a duty to conduct proper oversight, and the Trump Administration is trying to erode that responsibility.
No matter the roadblocks the Admin puts up, I’ll keep holding them accountable.
Problem: President Trump is doing NOTHING to solve the real problems here at home.
Trump’s Solution: Sidestep congressional authority and invade Venezuela.

I led 25 colleagues in a bipartisan letter urging the Dept. of Education to reduce barriers for students pursuing mental health careers.
Excluding mental health professionals from the "professional degree" definition limits their access to loans and funding and worsens workforce shortages. (1/2)

After a federal court stopped DHS from blocking immigration detention oversight visits, the department quietly reinstated the same policy. Members were denied access AGAIN. That is not compliance. That is defiance. Members of Congress will keep fighting in the courts!
