Chatted with Ronny Joe Grooms on KSVY about the work I’m doing to combat this administration’s illegal actions with the Democrats’ Litigation Task Force. Listen to hear more about how we’re fighting back.
Racism has no place in Petaluma or anywhere in our community. What happened to Coach Bullard is hateful, disgusting, and unacceptable. I’m grateful he continues to lead with strength and compassion, and I stand with him. The perpetrator should be found and held accountable.
Joined my fellow Democrats in signing a petition to force a vote to extend the ACA premium tax credits. Speaker Johnson won't let the House vote on extending these tax credits, and Democrats are here fighting for your health care.
Proud to help deliver a lifeline for our rural schools and communities. The Secure Rural Schools Act means real support for California kids and families.

Congressional Republicans have shown Americans where their priorities are. It’s not on affordability for middle-class Americans. It’s tax cuts for their billionaire donors that add $4 T to the national debt while cutting health care by $1 T and kicking 15 million people off of their insurance.
Glad to work with Rep. Buchanan to introduce this legislation to bring bicycle manufacturing back to our shores
97 percent of bikes purchased in the United States are made elsewhere. It’s time we change that. The U.S. Bicycle Production and Assembly Act would give bike manufacturers the foothold they need to grow a thriving industry right here in the United States.
I asked the Attorney General for information on ongoing criminal investigations or evidence of the waste, fraud, and abuse that this administration claims is rampant in our government, and surprise, surprise, I have not heard back. So I'm calling her out. Attorney General Bondi, show us the evidence
Read my statement on the House's passage of the National Defense Authorization Act below.
My bill to allow members of the clergy to opt back into Social Security benefits just passed out of the Ways and Means Committee and is headed to the full Congress for a vote.
It was fun to join Jeremy Jackson for his Meet Me In Napa Podcast! Look out for the full episode coming soon!
Today, we honor Marine Tanner Rubio from Dixon, who tragically died in an accident on December 3 at Camp Pendleton. As a veteran, I know the pain of losing those you serve alongside, and my heart is with his family and friends. I know our community will surround them with support and compassion.
Proud to stand with local business, labor, nonprofit, and community leaders who know how important these investments are for our future.
My green energy tax credits passed in the Inflation Reduction Act delivered lower costs, new jobs, and positioned our country as a leader in renewable energy. The Big Ugly Bill repealed many of my GREEN Act provisions, and I’m fighting to bring them back.
Our specialty crop and wine growers are being squeezed by the president’s tariffs, and it’s hitting our communities hard. That’s why Rep. Newhouse, Rep. LaMalfa, @salinas.house.gov, @usrepjimmypanetta.bsky.social and I are leading a bipartisan bill to deliver real tax relief for farmers and growers.
Thank you to the Calistoga Chamber of Commerce for hosting this year’s tractor parade! I was blown away by all the entries this year and I’m so happy to have been invited to be a judge again. Always a blast celebrating our rich agricultural heritage during the holiday season.
Proud to join the Napa community for the 61st Annual Holiday Parade. Thank you to everyone who makes this tradition so special year after year. Wishing all a joyful and peaceful holiday season.
A great morning in American Canyon kicking off the 15th Annual Reindeer Run! Loved cheering on all our runners. Thank you to the American Canyon Community and Parks Foundation for all they do to keep everyone active and connected.
As a veteran, I know the hardships of war. On Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day, we honor the lives lost in the attack on Pearl Harbor and reflect how our nation came together to help end World War II and build a more peaceful future.
I’ve spent years fighting to close loopholes and make sure big corporations pay what they owe.
