When heavily armed ICE agents storm a local business, shove people against walls, and handcuff innocent workers, it's not about public safety. It's to intimidate and to strike fear in everyone's hearts, especially immigrants. Together, we're here to say we won't stand for it.
It is outrageous to see ICE agents armed like they’re entering a war zone and handcuffing workers who did nothing wrong. House Republicans just passed their billionaire tax giveaway at the expense of everyone else. This bill is the largest Medicaid and food assistance cut in American history and the largest transfer of wealth from the poor to the rich. It now goes to the Senate, but we need to keep fighting.
