For the third straight week, @housedemocrats.bsky.social are in Washington, ready to negotiate to end the government shutdown and healthcare crisis.

Hamas must return the remains of the deceased as well so all families can honor their loved ones.
I was overcome with emotion to be able to update my office door now that the final living hostages are home.
It's been a long, painful 2 years. I, like so many others, shed tears of joy watching video of every reunion. The worldwide Jewish community can finally breathe a collective sigh of relief.
The GOP’s tolerance of hateful extremism is unacceptable. Everyone in this chat must be held accountable. Trump & any elected Republican leader must fire every one of the participants who is employed by them. Anything less will show this is an acceptable point of view & communication in the GOP.
These leaked messages are outrageous and sickening. Trump and all Republican leaders must forcefully and publicly condemn this racist, antisemitic, violent rhetoric that was casually and comfortably communicated in thousands of text messages. It has no place in our politics or our society.
It's Day 14 of the government shutdown. House Republicans are still AWOL.
Notices of health insurance hikes have already gone out, but Republicans still refuse to negotiate to fix their healthcare crisis.

On #IndigenousPeoplesDay, we honor the rich culture and legacy Indigenous People bring to our nation, and recognize the exploitation and hardship they've endured.
I’ll always work to improve the sovereignty and safety of my friends and neighbors, the Seminole and Miccosukee Tribes.
As a Jewish mother and a Member of Congress representing a large Jewish community with many families impacted by the Hamas attack, my heart is full after two years of daily grief for so many and to see the living hostages finally returned.
My full statement:
So excited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month at the Hepburn Center with my wonderful constituents!
As Hispanic Heritage Month comes to an end, we must continue to recognize the immense contributions Hispanics make to our nation.
Trump and House Republicans leaders refuse to release the Epstein files.
Now, Speaker Johnson refuses to swear in Representative-elect Grijalva so he can keep hiding them.
Too many Republicans cover up for billionaires and predators.
Speaker Johnson needs to swear in Adelita Grijalva ASAP so Americans can learn the truth about the Epstein files and Arizona's 7th district has representation in this critical shutdown fight.
I joined Southwest Focal Point seniors to share how Democrats are fighting to end the healthcare crisis and government shutdown.
Republicans skipped town rather than solve these problems. I'll fight to right this wrong.

I met with TSA and Customs employees in Fort Lauderdale today. They made two things clear:
1. The cost of living is way too high
2. We must end this GOP healthcare crisis and shutdown immediately, and get public servants the pay they earn
I'll fight to ensure these issues get fixed.
Florida will get clobbered if this Republican healthcare crisis gets worse.
Democrats are fighting to reopen government with a spending plan that protects our coverage, especially for older Floridians.
As authoritarianism rises all around us, María Corina Machado’s brave fight against tyranny shines a guiding light for all of us who challenge injustice, violence, and threats to democracy.
My full statement on the Nobel committee’s decision:
I just joined @rolandsmartin.bsky.social to talk about the ongoing Republican shutdown and healthcare crisis.
Democrats are fighting to save affordable healthcare coverage for millions of Americans, all while House Republicans are on a paid vacation.
