Unsurprising that Stephen Miller - the architect of Trump's cruel, anti-immigrant agenda - tried to suspend habeas corpus.
Due process is one of our country’s bedrock principles. This is a severe violation of the Constitution, but not a surprising one coming from Trump and Miller.
