During the holiday season, one of my favorite traditions is joining MANNA and their volunteers as they prepare Thanksgiving meals for Philadelphians in need.
Thank you to MANNA and all their volunteers who continue working to make a positive impact throughout our community!

24 million Americans are seeing a shutdown of their health care and House Republicans STILL don’t have a plan to address this crisis.
These critical tax credits END Dec. 31! House Democrats are ready to extend them right now. Why won’t Republicans join us?

Working Americans are struggling to make ends meet as prices across the board just keep going up.
And what’s Trump’s response?

OTD in 1955, Rosa Parks was arrested in Montgomery, Alabama, for refusing to give up her seat on a segregated bus. Her courageous stand ignited the Montgomery Bus Boycott, a defining campaign of the Civil Rights Movement.

On this #WorldAIDSDay, let’s recommit ourselves to finishing the fight against the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
As we honor the countless lives we have lost, let us continue to invest in and bolster access to health care, education, and research for ALL.
Tomorrow is #SmallBusinessSaturday!
Our small businesses are the backbone of our economy, helping drive investment in our neighborhoods and spurring development block by block.
This holiday season, join me in shopping locally and supporting some of Philly’s terrific small businesses! #FBF
Trump said he doesn’t “want to hear about affordability.” Meanwhile, this holiday season his tariffs are going to be a $29 BILLION TAX on Americans.
House Democrats have a bill to #TakeHisKeys & return tariff authority to Congress. How much higher will prices have to go before Republicans join?
Happy Thanksgiving! I'm wishing everyone in Philadelphia and beyond a day filled with gratitude, community, and joy.

If you’re feeling the pinch this holiday season because of rising costs, I want to hear from you! Share your story here: evans.house.gov/address_auth...
Thanksgiving should be a time to come together with those you love, not worry about rising prices.
But thanks to Trump’s reckless economic agenda, from turkey to pumpkin pie, this year Thanksgiving dinner is costing Philly families 19% more.
That's why I joined over 50 of my House Democratic colleagues to demand HUD reverse this policy change. (2/2)
I applaud Governor Shapiro for his swift actions to help protect one of Pennsylvania’s most vulnerable communities.
These reckless cuts from the Trump administration are simply cruel and will only further worsen our homelessness crisis. (1/2)
The Speaker said House Republicans are going to "continue" to reduce the cost of health care & prices.
But as 24 million Americans are seeing a shutdown of their health care without ACA tax credits & millions more are feeling the pinch of Trump's tariffs — this talk is cheap. America needs action.
Rep. Houlahan is right— while, in times like these, fear is contagious, so are hope and courage. (2/2)
I join the chorus of people from Philly and beyond in thanking @houlahan.house.gov, as well as @deluzio.house.gov and the other four members of Congress targeted by Donald Trump, for your unwavering defense of our Constitution.
There must be no place in our country for political violence. (1/2)
Private jets for a cabinet secretary. Renovations for a ballroom and bathroom. And now a revamp for a golf course…
This president has plans to help improve everything except the lives of everyday Americans.
