The president & his fragile ego are hitting one of our closest allies & trading partners with more tariffs because he didn’t like a TV ad they played. American workers & businesses will pay the price for this. This is pointless.
Real leaders fight to make sure families can afford health care & put food on the table. It’s time for Republicans to stop the chaos & focus on families struggling right now.
Another critical reason why we need House Republicans to come back to DC to work to end the shutdown.
Appreciated meeting with student veterans to hear firsthand how the shutdown is disrupting their lives. Missed trainings & delayed VA benefits are causing lost pay, stalled education, & real stress for students & families.
Trump's temper tantrum over a TV ad from Canada is putting billions of dollars of commerce at risk. Over 900,000 jobs in WA rely on trade & our workers shouldn’t be caught in the middle. This is another reason why Congress needs to reclaim its role on trade & end these senseless trade wars.
Hard working Americans were already feeling the strain of rising prices. Tariffs are only making it worse by adding a tax on everyday products.
Visited the Kirkland Totem Lake WIC Clinic to hear from staff about how the Republican shutdown is impacting families in our community. WIC puts food on the table for parents & kids in need — I’ll keep fighting to reopen the government & protect these vital services.
It's been a month since Adelita Grijalva was elected & Speaker Johnson STILL refuses to swear her in because he will do anything to prevent the release of the Epstein files.
He's disenfranchising the 800,000+ Arizonans who don't have a voice in the House now.
Swear her in!
Premiums are doubling or even tripling & House Republicans are refusing to act. Families deserve affordable care, not higher costs.
I want to hear from you if you’re facing higher premiums next year. Share your story with me at delbene.house.gov/shareyourstory.
It’s been a month since the House has been out of session because the Speaker refuses to call members back to work. While Republicans stay on vacation, the government remains shut down & families across the country are paying the price. It’s time to get back to work.
Health care costs are about to soar in WA & across the country. Democrats are fighting for affordable health care while Republicans are trying to kick millions off their coverage.
Families in WA are seeing their health care bills go up. Some could pay 2–3x more for their insurance premiums next year because of Republican policies. Here are just some examples.
I need your help to fight back against rising costs. Share your story at DelBene.house.gov/ShareYourStory.
The IRS should serve the public, not the President’s political agenda. Trump’s reported plan to target left-leaning groups is outright corruption. I’m demanding an investigation!
Speaker Johnson has refused to call the House back to session for a month while the government remains shutdown. Republicans are on vacation & have made no efforts to negotiate. Democrats are ready to get to work & deliver for hardworking Americans.
I want to hear from you about the impact of these challenges. Share your story with me at DelBene.house.gov/ShareYourStory so we can keep fighting to lower costs and hold Republicans responsible for their damaging policies.
🚨You can now preview 2026 plans on Washington Health Plan Finder🚨
House Republicans are on vacation while families face skyrocketing costs and cuts to health care.
Trump's number one priority is enriching himself, not fighting for you.
Thanks for a great season, Mariners! You gave Washington fans so much to cheer for. Can’t wait to see what next year brings 💙⚾️
