Donald Trump wants to silence art and artists. I couldn't think of a worse namesake.
This is shameful, dishonors the legacy of President Kennedy, and ain't even legal. I hope it fuels creatives to keep creating art—even, and especially if, it means critiquing the president.

I voted YES on the resolution to prevent the Trump Administration from carrying out its illegal, performative boat strikes in the Caribbean.
We need to stop this madness.
ACA tax credits are days from expiring. Republican leaders cannot send Congress home while health care premiums are set to double—or worse—for working Americans.
Enough with the cowardice. Bring the bill to the floor, let Congress vote, and protect affordable health care now.
Republicans quietly threw out months of bipartisan progress on my amendment to help our Afghan allies just days before it was set to become law.
