Our Constitution is clear: people born in the U.S. are citizens — Trump can’t take that away through unilateral action.

One month into Trump's war of choice in Iran, he still has failed to provide a plan, objective, or strategy to Congress and the American people.
A bill passed the Senate 100-0 to fund critical agencies like the TSA and FEMA. If Speaker Johnson called it for a vote it would pass easily. But he won’t do that.
Instead, House Republicans are prolonging this shutdown by insisting on even more funding for ICE.
