The Trump admin let Musk’s DOGE team jeopardize some of the most sensitive data our government holds — Social Security info on hundreds of millions of Americans. This is not just a failure. It demands a full investigation and accountability at every level.
We are rescheduling tonight’s Mesa town hall as I return to Washington to confront the Trump administration’s attack on public safety and free speech following the suspension of numerous FEMA employees.
The future of biomedical innovation is happening right here in the valley 🧬 Thanks to the U of Arizona team for preparing the next generation of doctors, researchers & health leaders. I’m fighting to protect NIH funding and the resources Arizona needs to lead in health innovation.
FEMA employees raised alarms to protect the public. Now they’re being punished. This isn’t just wrong — it’s dangerous. Trump firing these public servants who are trying to save lives undermines our emergency response and is right out of the authoritarian playbook.
While Trump is ripping families apart and targeting longtime community members instead of criminals — the @newdems.bsky.social just unveiled our plan to secure the border, streamline legal immigration & asylum, and ensure the U.S. remains a magnet for the world’s best and brightest.
💧 Arizona's water future depends on collaboration, conservation, and innovation—and I’ll keep fighting for solutions that protect our most precious resource. Great to join CAP & Rep. Schweikert to talk about the future of the CO River and my work to deliver millions for AZ water infrastructure.
I called out the FEMA Administrator last month about his, Trump's, and FEMA's failures to respond to disasters like floods and hurricanes. Now FEMA employees themselves are confirming what we know — that our communities will face deadly consequences if we don't change course.
Breaking news: About 150 FEMA employees sent a letter to members of Congress, arguing that the agency’s direction and current leaders’ inexperience harms the agency’s mission and could result in a disaster on the level of Hurricane Katrina.
Honored to help kick off the first-ever AZ IndoFest this weekend to celebrate Indonesia's rich culture and continue to build bridges in our communities. Thanks to Andy Hutapea and the Indonesian dignitaries who helped make this inaugural event a success!
This year, I submitted 15 projects from #AZ04 for federal funding—designed by our community, for our community. Our next highlight is a series of new wells to be constructed in Chandler and help us fight drought.
This week, I met with veterans, small business owners, educators, and community leaders across Arizona. No matter who I spoke with, the message was clear: Washington needs to do more to lower costs, expand opportunity, and make the American dream attainable for everyone.
President Trump is using taxpayer subsidies from the CHIPS & Science Act to grab ownership stakes in private companies like Intel. That’s not what Congress voted for, and it does not represent a free market economy. It’s a slide toward socialism — and every American should be alarmed.
Our new toll-free constituent services hotline — 1-833-643-6114 — connects residents of #AZ04 with my team to request help with federal agencies, schedule tours and meetings, or share opinions on legislation.
Too many Arizonans are facing busy signals, unanswered emails, and closed doors when they turn to federal agencies. I’m making sure my office is stronger, more accessible, and able to successfully advocate for the people I represent.

The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Family Advocacy Center is a lifeline for victims of violence. I saw firsthand how their facility and staff provide a safe place where survivors of abuse & trauma find safety, healing, and justice. Grateful to Director Kondo and Chief Prosecutor Breland.
