Pam Bondi was subpoenaed to appear before the Oversight Committee today. This was not a “pretty please.” This was a LEGALLY BINDING congressional subpoena. If she does not make arrangements to appear immediately, we will move to hold her in contempt.
For all those still feeling the moon joy—Artemis II was brought to you by public schools and publicly funded science. Copy that! 👩🚀🚀💕
*All four astronauts went to public schools!
It is a good day for democracy—and a lot going down in Congress. From the war in Iran, to the Epstein files and Zorro Ranch, to the DHS shut down, Trump attacking the Pope and GOP imploding—there is so much to talk about. ⬇️
New Mexico DOJ Epstein tipline:

If you sexually assaulted someone, you should not be serving in Congress—[or as President]. Period.
Breaking news! Today is a good day for democracy.
The War in Iran, Epstein Files, a partial shutdown—so much coming at us every day. What keeps us grounded is our work in the community. Bringing home funding for vital projects, fighting to protect our lands and waters, advocating for communities, and celebrating the art and heritage of our people.❤️
This week, Trump said he’ll pardon anyone who got near the Oval Office. 🤔
Sounds like a crime boss to me.
Trump’s latest proposal to gut the U.S. Forest Service isn’t about efficiency—it’s about walking away from the stewardship of our nation’s forests.
Fewer firefighters during fire season, less protection for watersheds.
Doing so without Congressional approval—that’s why we are fighting back! 🌲
Vets for Pets is a local nonprofit dedicated to preventing veteran suicide and supporting veterans & pets🐾
We volunteered at their food pantry in the International District and talked to Dr. Finnie Coleman. We are grateful for his leadership and our community partners doing the work on the ground!💕
Water is life! I’m here in ABQ’s North Valley at one of my favorite acequias to talk about the importance of water to our communities. We’ve got a difficult year ahead with low snowpack, but are working every day to make critical investments in our water infrastructure.
Today is the start of Black Maternal Health Week—a call to action for addressing the health & well-being of Black women who still face maternal health complications at 3X the national average.
Proud to be a cosponsor of Rep. Underwood's Momnibus Act—to invest in Black maternal health & well-being!❤️
It’s time for Congress to do its job—and NOT on the backs of the American people & federal workers.
For weeks, we have called for Congress to pass a bipartisan deal that would pay FEMA, TSA, and Coast Guard, but not a penny more to ICE.
House Republicans are fighting among themselves.
So proud of our New Mexico companies, scientists, researchers, and institutions that lent a hand in the Artemis II mission. Including Jack’s Plastic Welding that built the recovery rafts right here in NM! 🌊🔭🚀
Who else is still feeling the joy this morning? 🙋♀️🚀🧑🚀 THIS is what science can do!!
The NM Veterans Integration Center is an organization supporting veterans in ABQ and across the state.
Help with housing, metal health services, a food pantry, peer support—the VIC is staffed by many who are veterans themselves.
To every veteran across NM—know you're not alone. Please reach out.❤️
Astronauts are officially safe on the ship! Our hearts and cups are full. Thank you Artemis II and NASA for restoring our faith in science and humanity! 💗
Artemis II is finally home! What an amazing, groundbreaking and inspiring journey! 🥹
Grateful to every scientist, engineer, technician, and the extraordinary crew who made this mission possible. We can’t wait to see all of the amazing science that come from this mission! 🚀❤️
While we are all excitedly waiting for the Artemis II crew to return, we wanted to share this amazing story about New Mexico’s own Danette Farnsworth, who is the lead engineer for the main navigation flight control, and propulsion systems. We are so proud! #NewMexicoTrue
Just a reminder—as we’re all reacting to the First Lady’s statement on the Epstein files yesterday.
This guy is still serving in the administration.
Protect the Pecos! The Trump Admin is moving to reverse protections for the Upper Pecos Watershed just as they have with Chaco Canyon.
This follows years of our communities in NM speaking out and our delegation fighting to protect this area. We must keep fighting to protect the Pecos Watershed!
